1. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit & debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and more. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay & Shop Pay, ACH Transfers & deposit structures for orders over $3000USD.

2. What countries do you ship to?

3. How can I contact you if I have questions regarding your products or my order?

Our email team is extremely responsive and works from 8am to 9pm EST. Alternatively you can call us at 1(888) 207-8731 between 8am-6pm EST. The best way to get precise quotations would be to send us an email to info@made2ordermerch.com with all details regarding your project. For updates regarding your order please be sure to have your order # on hand or the full name and address of the purchaser of the order.

4. Do you accept refunds? Can I cancel my order?

For all our customized products, we do not accept refunds unless the item is deemed as defective, damaged or broken. Before going to production with any of our custom product options, we get the client to confirm a visual proof of the customized product to ensure accuracy. Once approved and in production, we cannot cancel any orders. If you'd like to cancel before approving the proof of your customized product, we will gladly refund your entire payment. For any design work that includes printing (design & print bundles), we can provide a partial refund of the print portion of the bundle if the prints have not yet been approved to go into production. For design work without prints, no full refunds will be provided if the team has provided mockups of initials design. A partial refund could be provided if the client would like to cancel after the 1st revision.

5. How long will it take to get my custom order?

For our custom printed packaging & merchandise, the production time is 4-12 business days depending on which custom product. Specific lead times are included in the product description. Production does not begin until the client has approved the proof of the customized product, which is sent via email to the email used to place the order. Once the custom order is complete, the client receives confirmation via email with a picture & video of the product. Custom apparel has a lead time of 3-5 business days depending on the volume of the order. We ship out orders 2-3 business days after completion of the order. Our custom packaging & merchandise are printed and shipped out of our production facility in Shenzhen, China. Our custom apparel is produced in the USA or Canada depending on where the client is located. We ship via DHL or Fedex Express, and tracking is always provided. Average shipping times to any where in North America are 6-8 business days but may arrive sooner depending on the carrier's volume. We anticipate total turnaround time from approval of the proof to delivery at the client's door takes approximately 3 weeks.

6. What is your shipping policy?

Any customized packaging & merchandise are shipped out 2-3 business days after completion. For any of our ready stock items, they will ship out 2 business days after being ordered. Tracking is provided with every order and is sent to the client's email as soon as the number is generated. Shipping times vary, as timing is subject to our carriers. We ship primarily with DHL or Fedex Express. Please be aware that often duties are required to be paid on our shipments as we ship mostly out of our production facility in Shenzhen, China. The average shipping times are 5-7 business days to anywhere in the World.Ā

7. What is your privacy policy?

All of our custom orders, designs, and printing projects are solely the property of the customer. We reserve the right to promote our work through our social channels but all designs/merchandise will never be shared with any entity other than those who work for Made2OrderMerch. Only the original creator or purchaser will have access to the design files and the ability to reorder the same designs. We are open to signing NDAs if the client would like, but we assure all our clients that we do not share your intellectual property with any individual who is not part of our company's team.
